T&C – Terms and Conditions

1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop. Deviating conditions of the customer shall only apply if we expressly agree to them.

3. Offer and Product Characteristics

Our products fall into two categories:

(a) Individually Made Products (Picture Frames)

These products are handmade only after the order is placed. They are custom-made individual items, which means that variations in color, structure, dimensions, and material may naturally occur. This does not constitute a defect.

(b) Pre-Manufactured Products (Bracelets)

These products are already manufactured. Minor variations in color and structure are due to the materials used.

4. Prices and Shipping Costs

All prices are final prices in euros. Shipping costs are displayed during the ordering process.

5. Delivery

Delivery exclusively within Europe.

Delivery times:

Individually made products (picture frames): 5–14 business days, depending on workload

Finished products (bracelets): 2–5 business days

6. Payment

The payment methods offered in the shop (e.g. PayPal, Shopify Payments, etc.) are available. Payment is due at the time of ordering.

7. Right of Withdrawal

7.1 No right of withdrawal for individually made products (picture frames)

For items that are specially made for the customer after the order is placed, there is no right of withdrawal (Section 312g (2) No. 1 of the German Civil Code – BGB). This applies in particular to our handmade picture frames. A return is only possible if the product is damaged or defective.

7.2 Right of withdrawal for pre-manufactured goods (bracelets)

For pre-manufactured goods (bracelets), a 14-day right of withdrawal applies, provided that the customer returns the goods unused and undamaged. Details can be found in our withdrawal policy.

8. Returns / Exchanges

For picture frames (individual production):

No exchange, no return, no withdrawal, only complaints in case of defects

For bracelets (finished products):

Withdrawal possible, voluntary exchange by prior agreement

9. Warranty

The statutory warranty rights apply. Handcrafted tolerances do not constitute a defect.

10. Retention of Title

The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.

11. Dispute Resolution / ODR Platform

Mandatory notice pursuant to EU Regulation:

We do not participate in dispute resolution proceedings before consumer arbitration boards.

12. Governing Law

German law shall apply.
