Important: We currently only deliver Home & Decor to Germany and France.
Home & Decor: Shipping only to Germany and France.
Bracelets & Wooden Frames: Available delivery countries and costs are shown at checkout.
The shipping costs for bracelets are displayed at checkout (depending on the delivery country and order).
Multiple bracelets will be shipped together in one package, if possible.
Frames are sent as parcels – for large formats, bulky goods costs may apply. Final shipping costs are transparently calculated in the shopping cart/checkout.
Home & Decor shipping is calculated by parcel size and weight. The exact tier is automatically calculated in the shopping cart or checkout.
Note: We currently only deliver Home & Decor to Germany and France.
Handmade products (e.g., bracelets, wooden frames): usually approx. 7–10 days after receipt of payment.
Home & Decor (not handmade): within Germany usually 3–5 days, to France somewhat longer depending on parcel transit time. The exact time is stated on the product.

We will examine the case and find a solution. In case of proven transport damage, we will cover the return shipping costs.
We pack all products in sturdy, secure packaging so that your unique item arrives undamaged.
Our shipping costs are based on the current rates of the shipping service providers (e.g. DHL / Deutsche Post). If necessary, you can check the prices on their official websites.
Yes. Each bracelet is handmade. Small variations in color or texture are normal and make your bracelet unique.
We often have bracelets in small quantities in stock. If a design is sold out, we will recreate it in a new handmade series.
No. Our bracelets are handmade – therefore returns and revocation are excluded.
If there is a problem (e.g., defect or transport damage), please contact us directly at news@mabora.de.
Depending on the model, we use, for example, leather, beads, and high-quality clasps. The exact materials can always be found in the product description.
Store dry and avoid contact with water, perfume, creams, or cleaning agents. It's better to take it off for showering/swimming/sports.
Yes. Our wooden frames are hand-painted and individually crafted. Each frame is a unique piece – not a mass-produced item.
No. Wooden frames are handmade/individually crafted – therefore returns and revocation are excluded.
Exception: Defect or transport damage. Please report within 24 hours with photos: news@mabora.de
Because each frame is hand-painted. Brushstrokes, color gradients, or wood texture may vary slightly – you always receive a truly unique item.
Under Home & Decor, you'll find selected decorative objects and home accessories in the maritime, modern MABORA style – matching bracelets and pictures.
Yes. For Home & Decor items, the statutory 14-day right of revocation generally applies, provided the item is not individually made/handmade.
Yes. Displays show colors differently. We photograph as realistically as possible – slight deviations are normal.

MABORA's return and revocation policy depends on the respective product type.
Handmade – therefore no right of revocation and no returns / no exchanges.
Handmade or individually crafted – therefore no right of revocation and no returns / no exchanges.
If the item is not handmade and not individually crafted, the statutory 14-day right of revocation applies.
Whether an item is handmade or individually crafted can be found directly in the respective product description.
Please send us an unambiguous declaration of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the goods to news@mabora.de. An informal email with your order number is sufficient.
We will then send you the next steps for the return.
Withdrawal for Home & Deko: You bear the direct return costs.
In case of defect or transport damage: After inspection, we will cover the costs.

Note: Handcrafted products usually cannot be canceled once production has started.
Yes. You will receive an order confirmation via email. Depending on the system, the invoice will either be included or follow separately.
Yes – we work with selected creatives and small manufacturers if the style, quality, and fit with MABORA are right.
