Yes. For shipments to Switzerland, the following may apply in addition to the shipping costs:

- Import duties
- Delivery service processing fees
These costs will be incurred. They are levied by the Swiss authorities or the parcel service and must be borne by the recipient .
Our shipping costs are based on the currently valid rates of our shipping service providers, in particular DHL / Deutsche Post .
You can check the prices on the official websites of DHL or Deutsche Post if needed.
For handmade products (e.g. bracelets, handmade picture frames), the delivery time is usually about 7–10 days after receipt of payment.
For non-handmade products, the delivery time within Germany is usually about 3-5 days .

We pack all products in sturdy, secure packaging to ensure your item arrives safely and undamaged.

We are reviewing the case and will take care of it. We will cover the return shipping costs if the damage was caused during transport.

Yes. Each bracelet is handmade with great attention to detail. Slight variations in color or texture are normal and make your bracelet unique.
We keep our bracelets in small quantities in stock. When a design sells out, we have it reproduced in a new, handcrafted series. This way, each style remains unique and there are no mass-produced items.
Since our bracelets are handmade products , returns or exchanges are generally not possible . However, if there is a problem (e.g., wrong size or a defect), you can contact us at any time.
Depending on the model, our bracelets consist of a combination of leather, beads, and high-quality clasps . You can find the exact materials in the product description of each item.
Keep your bracelet dry and avoid direct contact with water, perfume, creams, or cleaning agents. It's best to remove it before showering, swimming, or exercising – this will help it stay beautiful for longer.
Yes. You can order the bracelet even if it's currently out of stock. In this case, it will be handmade , which is why the production and delivery time may be slightly longer than for items that are immediately available.

Yes. Our wooden frames are hand-painted and individually crafted after you place your order. Each frame is a small work of art and not a mass-produced, off-the-shelf item.
Yes. Your order triggers production – the frame will then be made especially for you. This results in unique pieces with their own structure and color effect.
Since these are handcrafted, individually made frames , returns or exchanges are not possible , except in the case of a defect or shipping damage. If your frame arrives damaged, please contact us with photos within 24 hours.
Our frames are made of wood and painted with carefully selected colors. Details regarding material, size, and finish can be found in the product description of each frame.
You can't customize the frame itself (shape, color, design) – it will remain in the typical MABORA style . However, you can upload your own photo , and we will create an image from it using our frame.
Important: For large formats such as 90×60 cm or 120×80 cm, your photo must have a high resolution , otherwise it will appear blurry or pixelated.
Because each frame is hand-painted , slight variations in brushstrokes, color gradients, or wood grain may occur. This is precisely what gives the picture frames their charm – you always receive a truly unique piece.

Under Home Decor you will find decorative products that will beautify your home in the maritime, boho-inspired MABORA style – for example, decorative objects, home accessories and additions to our pictures and bracelets.
Some of the home decor products are handmade, while others come from select partners. Whether a product is handmade is always clearly indicated in the product description .
Non-handmade home decor products are generally subject to the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal . Handmade or custom-made decorative items may be excluded from returns – this will be stated in the product description.
Yes, slight color variations are possible, as monitors and displays render colors differently . We try to photograph our products as realistically as possible, but minor differences are normal.
Most products should be kept dry and dust-free and should not be treated with harsh cleaning agents. Specific care instructions can be found directly in the product description.

Our picture frames and many bracelets are handmade, making them truly unique or part of small series. Our home decor items include both handmade pieces and carefully selected products from partners.
Whether an item is handmade, custom-made, or mass-produced is always stated directly in the product description . There you will also find all the details about materials, size, and special features.

No. A distinction is made between handmade/custom-made products and non-handmade products :
- Handmade items (e.g., picture frames, bracelets): Generally, there is no right of withdrawal , no return, no exchange.
- Non-handmade home decor products : These are subject to a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .
Whether an item is considered handmade is always stated in the product description.
Our wooden frames are individually handcrafted after you place your order . They are not stock items. Therefore, there is no statutory right of withdrawal for these frames.
Handmade bracelets are unique items or small series and are therefore generally excluded from the right of withdrawal.
Goodwill: Should a bracelet not fit, please contact us. In individual cases, we offer a voluntary exchange – without legal entitlement.
The statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days applies to home decor items that are not handmade and have not been individually made for you.

An informal message (“I hereby cancel my purchase of … from …”) is sufficient.
In the case of a cancellation of non-handmade products, you bear the direct costs of the return shipment.
In case of defects or transport damage, we will cover the costs after reviewing the case.
We will refund payments no later than 14 days after receiving your cancellation notice. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof of return shipment.
Please return the goods immediately and no later than 14 days after your cancellation. If possible, please use the original packaging to avoid damage during transport.
If you receive damaged goods, this is considered a defect . Please take photos immediately and contact us within 24 hours at sales@mabora.de .
Yes. Some home decor products are also handmade. These items are not eligible for return . This is stated in the product description.
Yes. Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the statutory warranty rights apply in the event of defects or damage.

Yes. Your payment is processed through secure, certified payment providers with SSL encryption . We do not store complete credit card details.
Generally, payment is processed immediately upon completion of the order (e.g., with PayPal or credit card). For payment methods such as "pay later," the terms and conditions of the respective provider apply.
Please contact us as soon as possible at sales@mabora.de . As long as the order hasn't yet gone into production, we can often still help. Handmade products usually cannot be canceled once production has begun.
No, the payment method usually cannot be changed after the order has been placed. Please contact us if you have any problems.
Yes, you will receive an order confirmation by email, which usually includes the invoice or is sent separately.
All prices are in euros (€) and include German VAT. Deliveries to Switzerland may be subject to additional customs duties.
The order will usually not be completed. Please try again or check your information. If you have any problems, we are happy to help via email.
Yes, enter the code at checkout. Usually, only one code can be redeemed per order.
Please check your bank statement and send us a screenshot to sales@mabora.de . If there is an error, we will of course refund the amount.
Yes. MABORA offers selected creatives and small manufacturers the opportunity to present their handmade products through our shop – provided they fit into our maritime / boho world.
Handmade products in a nautical or boho style (decorations, home accessories, jewelry) are the best fit. It's important that your product is authentic .
Generally, yes. We then decide on a case-by-case basis, considering style, quality, and suitability for the shop, whether a collaboration will take place.
