Return policy
Return policy / Cancellation policy
The following regulations apply to orders placed in the MABORA online shop by consumers within the meaning of § 13 BGB.
Please note:
Whether a product is considered handmade / custom-made and therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal is stated in the product description on the item page.
1. Custom-made picture frames (handmade)
Our wooden frames are individually handcrafted after you place your order.
Therefore, they are not stock items , but are produced specifically for you.

No statutory right of withdrawal , no returns and no exchanges.
because it is custom-made merchandise.
-
Returns are only accepted in case of defects or transport damage .
If your frame is damaged or faulty upon arrival, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
We will review your claim and, depending on the situation, offer a replacement, repair or refund .
2. Bracelets (handmade, finished products)
Our bracelets are handmade products , produced in small batches before the order is placed.
Due to the individual handcrafting process, slight variations may occur, which are part of the design.
Therefore, the following generally applies:
-
No right of withdrawal, no return and no exchange for handmade bracelets.
-
Returns are only accepted in case of defects or damage .
Goodwill policy:
Should a bracelet not fit or you be dissatisfied for any other reason, please feel free to contact us.
In individual cases, we offer – after prior agreement and without legal entitlement – a voluntary exchange or return.

For home decor items that are not handmade and not custom-made , there is a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days .
